Our walkthroughs cost $125 for our time and estimate. if you end up booking the job with us, the $125 will be removed from your final bill.

Next Steps, we will review your inquiry and confirm that we offer the type of work you've requested (as we want to make sure we even offer the services before asking for a walkthrough). As soon as we've approved the inquiry, you'll get an invoice for the walkthrough. Next, you pay the walkthrough fee, we will set up time with you and Donavan to get a full scope of the job. Once walkthrough is completed, Donavan will write up an estimate for the job and send it to you via email. Then you review and approve the job. We will then get a date on the calendar and request retainer for the job. Thanks for thinking of us and we look forward to helping you with your remodel.
